Adventures Wanted Slathbog's Gold book One

This book is filled with adventures which will get you off your seat. This book will keep you  excited for more. I feel this book is one of the best books that you could read over and over.

Its when Alex noticed a sign on the in the corner of Mr. Clutter's window. With no one around Alex is the only one who noticed the sign; goes in the Mr. Clutter’s book shop. Just Alex accepts to go on the adventure.

As Alex become the last member of a team of seven other people. This was the first adventure he had ever been on. Nothing but that his first mission is a big one with a ferrous dragon Slathbog the red evil dragon. On the way to the dragon Alex and his new friends have to battle many things.

One thing I really like about this book is the way it keep you interested in it;  to the point where you would not want to stop reading and read for hours. One thing to look out for the book is that you could possible not to be able to understands some allusions in the book which will rephrase thing you could not know about. The question still is did he make the right choose or will he regret it for the rest of his life?

⅘ is what I give this book.

Croak By: Gina Damico

SOURCE
Lex has hospitalized half her classmates and is angry for no good reason. This leaves her parents with a difficult choice. They must send Lex away for the summer. Her parents hoped that this might change her back into the A+ good girl she used to be. Oh they were wrong.

When Lex arrives in the small town of Croak, she expects a few farms and a bunch of cow manure she must unwillingly shovel. What she doesn't expect is a town full of Grim Reapers and that she is one of them.

I guess the main thing I liked about this book is that for a book about death, it was hilarious! I understand that this is categorized as tearjerker (and for good reason) but this book had me laughing my head off.

I guess the main thing I didn't like was the fact that some of the capitalization seemed off. I know this is a bit picky of me but it made the book a bit confusing.

Overall I would give the book 5 out of 5 stars.

I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore

en.wikipedia.org
I Am Number Four is the first book in the Lorien Legacies series, the main character John Smith and his "dad" Henri move to a small town in Ohio called Paradise, where friends, fun, and near certain death await although they don't know it! One of the main things I dislike about this book is the corny dialogue and the actual character of John Smith himself. Although I did think the plot was really well written, and overall pretty good!

I would give this book 4 out of 5 stars mainly because of the cheesy dialogue.
